Processing & Shipping

Processing time and shipping will vary depending on items ordered.

For personalized items please allow 1 week for processing and additional 2-4 days for shipping. 

For Dress and Accessories please allow 1-2 days for processing and additional 2-4 days for shipping.

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

How to Return  

Please allow up to 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us. Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Original tags, including The Boutique tags must be attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your order is received damaged or incorrect please contact us within 5 business to correct or replace the item. 

Exchanges  

After confirming the delivery of your product, you will have up to 5 business days to contact us and start the exchange process through the email info@themrsboutique.com
